This Prayer Heals Anxiety Attacks, Emotional Burnout, and Panic in 5 Minutes

If you have been feeling the heavy weight of worry, the suffocating grip of a panic attack, or the silent exhaustion of emotional burnout, I want you to know that you didn’t click this video by accident. God has seen your tears, He has heard your silent cries in the middle of the night, and today, His peace—which surpasses all understanding—is coming into your room, your car, or wherever you are right now.

Before we go into the throne room of grace, do one thing for me: Type “I RECEIVE GOD’S PEACE” in the comments right now. Let’s activate your faith before we even begin.

Worship & Thanksgiving

Heavenly Father, we come before You right now, not in our own strength, but in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ. Lord, we exalt You! We worship You because You are the Prince of Peace. We thank You because even when the storm is raging, You are the anchor for our souls.

Father, we thank You that You are bigger than any diagnosis, bigger than any panic attack, and stronger than any burnout. We give You praise because You are the Great Physician who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.

Lord, Your Word is our weapon today. Your Word says in 2 Timothy 1:7, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”

Say this with me right now: “I do not have a spirit of fear. I have power. I have love. I have a sound mind.”

Again, say it with authority: “I have a sound mind!”

Father, we stand on Philippians 4:6-7: “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”

Right now, in the name of Jesus, we command every racing thought to stop! We command every spirit of heaviness to lift!

Petitions for Healing & Deliverance

I speak directly to the anxiety that has been keeping you awake. I speak to the panic that makes your chest feel tight and your breath feel short. In the name of Jesus, be still!

Lord, for the one watching who feels like they are at the end of their rope—the one suffering from emotional burnout—I pray for a divine infusion of Your strength. You said in Matthew 11:28, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

  • We pray against the spirit of panic: It must leave your body now!

  • We pray against the spirit of depression: It must lose its grip on your mind!

  • We pray against the exhaustion of the soul: Receive the refreshing of the Holy Spirit!

Faith Activation & Engagement

I want you to place your hand over your heart right now. Breathe in deep… and breathe out.

Repeat these words after me:

“In the name of Jesus, I cast all my cares upon Him, for He cares for me.”

“In the name of Jesus, I reject worry. I embrace trust.”

“In the name of Jesus, my mind is stayed on Him, and He keeps me in perfect peace.”

I want to ask you a question: What is the one thing that has been causing you the most stress this week? Comment it below. We have a community of believers here, and we want to stand in the gap and pray specifically for your situation. You don’t have to carry this alone anymore.

The Final Breakthrough

Don’t go anywhere yet. We are about to release a final blessing, but there is one specific declaration we must make over your finances and your family—because often, that is where the root of our anxiety lies. This final prayer could be the key that unlocks your miracle today.

Closing Blessing

May the Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you. May the Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you PEACE.

I decree that tonight, you will sleep like a baby. I decree that the spirit of heaviness is replaced with a garment of praise. Go forth today in the power of the Holy Spirit, knowing that the battle is not yours, but the Lord’s.
